Fan Factors FAQ

What is Fan Factors?

Fan Factors, SSB’s groundbreaking new way to classify and segment fans, utilizes tens of millions of data points from millions of professional and collegiate fan relationships. Explore how advanced segmentation can shape actionable fan engagement strategies that drive enthusiasm, devotion, and, ultimately, their propensity to spend.

Fan Factor segmentation is based on common behavioral and brand engagement attributes, divided into three segments: Disengaged, Casual, or Avid.
