Discovery CRM - Clear Cache

  • Discovery CRM is a cached product. The local search and quick returns causes data to compile. Just like your phone or computer if you have too many tabs open, you notice a slow down. Clearing cache cleans out your stored data.

  • Additionally any settings that are updated in your native CRM system need to have the cache cleared by a Discovery Admin in order to have that new setting appear on the front end of Discovery. This could include adding a new user, updating the current season, adding a new Product, Type/Source, or Picklist Item.

  • Best practice is to clear cache first thing in the morning and after lunch
